Every client receives a progressive, fully customized workout program monitored in real time with an experienced certified personal trainer. Based in Santa Barbara, California, Shadoe specializes in resistance training and injury prevention, helping individuals build strength, resilience, and longevity through intelligent, customized programming.

This global perspective allows him to deliver training methods that are both highly effective and adaptable to each individual.


In addition to in-person resistance training and injury prevention, Shadoe Fox provides online coaching focused on body fat maintenance, heart health, and lean muscle development. Enjoy your workout in a friendly and low-traffic gym facility. Amenities include private showers, towels, and free parking. The gym is equipped with barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, cable machines, and more.
